Registration and login are required to submit items online and to check the status of current submissions.

 

Author Guidelines

We use an open conference system therefore all abstracts and papers should be submitted online through submission menu. Author must be registered first and create an account by filling up the registration form. Authors use this account to log in and access any information regarding their abstracts and status.

Before abstract and full paper submissions;

  • First time in using OCS, read this OCS User guide
  • Please refer to author’s guideline and paper template in preparing your abstract and full paper.
  • Please be ensured that you follow paper template properly. Editors have the right to reject papers that does not follow the format properly.
  • Please sign and send scanned Statement of Ethics as supplementary files for the research.

Submission Guide for Authors

  1. Open Conference Website on iccfbt.fpp.unp.ac.id
  2. Create a new account in “Registration” menu. Don't forget to click role as "author".
  3. Login to your account then click "user home"
  4. Click Make New Submission
  5. Complete the Metada of Author and All Co-Author and Article
  6. Submit abstract by copying the abstract in the space provided.
  7. Wait until the committee announces the abstract selection results (estimated 2-3 days)
  8. If your abstract accepted, Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and Letter of Invitation (LoI) can be sent to your email or you can download directly from your account once your abstract is accepted to be presented at the conference
  9. After the announcement of the abstract receipt, please send a full paper, make payment and upload proof of payment as supplementary files for the research (cc via committee email: iccfbt.conference@gmail.com)
  10. Send scanned statement of ethics as supplementary files for the research
  11. Use Template of Full Paper.
  12. Wait until the committee announces the results of a full paper review.
  13. Revise your full paper according to the review, and upload it again through our online system
  14. Wait until the announcement of the final receipt of full paper for publication

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
  7. If submitting to peer review, all Microsoft Office documents (including Supplementary Files) have been saved by going to File and selecting Save As; clicking Tools (or Options in a Mac); clicking Security; selecting "Remove personal information from file properties on save"; clicking Save.

Authors who submit to this conference agree to the following terms:
a) Authors retain copyright over their work, while allowing the conference to place this unpublished work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely access, use, and share the work, with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial presentation at this conference.
b) Authors are able to waive the terms of the CC license and enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution and subsequent publication of this work (e.g., publish a revised version in a journal, post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial presentation at this conference.
c) In addition, authors are encouraged to post and share their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) at any point before and after the conference.
