Effect of Service Quality and Application of CHSE on Stay Decisions

Abstract


The goal of this study was to see how service quality and the application of CHSE on the decision stay at the Fave hotel. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The data used are primary data and secondary data, with a sample size of 70 people in this study. Y= 2,324+0,243X1+0,511X2 is the research conclusion achieved using regression analysis. The F test then reveals that both the service quality variable and the CHSE implementation have an impact on the decision to remain at the Fave Hotel. The t-test was used to evaluate the independent and dependent variables, and it was discovered that service quality had no significant effect on the decision to stay, the implementation of CHSE did. The coefficient of determination for the study is 0.309, indicating that service quality and CHSE implementation contribute to the decision to stay is 30,9%. And 69.1% influenced by variables not discussed here.
