    The Sixth International Conference on Culinary, Fashion, Beauty, and Tourism (ICCFBT) 2023 aims to address a broad range of themes related to enhancing academic tourism quality through the 'Tourism Strategic Innovation through Strengthening Education and Empowering Tourism Actors and Creative Industries.' The conference was initiated due to the need for in-depth studies on Culinary, Fashion, Beauty, and Tourism and the opportunities and challenges of their implementation in the tourism sector. With everyone focused on responding to recent crises, there is a lack of long-term strategies for the industry and its academic matters as a whole. The conference aims to encourage collaboration and positive, proactive thinking to accelerate solutions to the current crisis.

    The Fifth International Conference on Culinary, Fashion, Beauty, and Tourism (ICCFBT) 2022 is dedicated to cover a broad spectrum of themes related to Increasing academic tourism quality through the “Tourism Strategic Innovation through Strengthening Education and Empowering Tourism Actors and Creative Industries”. Due to the central theme was raised due to the need for advanced and in-depth studies on Culinary, Fashion, Beauty, and Tourism and opportunities and challenges of their implementation in the tourism sector". When everyone is earnestly trying to respond to each of the recent crises, no one could step back and develop a clear plan for this industry's future and its academic matter as a whole. We were left with a patchwork to cope with the various immediate problems, but there are no long-term strategies. By only setting a benchmark for the industry and academics, it does not eradicate the issues. Therefore, we initiate this conference is to convey the message that we must be forward-thinking again and work together positively and aggressively to accelerate the crisis.

    The Fourth International Conference on Culinary, Fashion, Beauty, and Tourism (ICCFBT) 2021 is dedicated to cover a broad spectrum of themes related to Increasing academic tourism quality through the “Restarting Tourism Through Empowering Hospitality Character and Innovation in New Normal Era”.

    We are undoubtedly optimistic that ICCFBT could be one of the most important international conferences. It is due to the central theme was raised due to the need for advanced and in-depth studies on Culinary, Fashion, Beauty, and Tourism and opportunities and challenges of their implementation at the tourism sector". Since the conference aims to provide a platform to optimal, improve, and develop tourism and creative economy during and after the Covid-19 Pandemic. When everyone is earnestly trying to respond to each of the recent crises, no one could step back and develop a clear plan for this industry's future and its academic matter as a whole. We were left with a patchwork to cope with the various immediate problems, but there are no long-term strategies. By only set a benchmark for the industry and academics, it does not eradicate the issues. Therefore, we initiate this conference is to convey the message that we must be forward-thinking again and work together positively and aggressively to accelerate the crisis.

    It is believe that we in the tourism and hospitality must contribute to the tourism industry's positive development in the Asia-Pacific region, and whole world, through research and innovations. By supporting the positive effect, we will, in turn, contribute to the prosperity of the global tourism industry overall.

The congress will address the most important issues on cullinary, fashion, beauty and tourism around the world. It will have a strong focus on the opportunities and challenges on this emerging sectors.

    In conjunction to our previous international conference, Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, UniversitasNegeri Padang is proudly to host a prestigious international conference namely The 2ndINTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON CULINARY, FASHION, BEAUTY, AND TOURISM (ICCFBT) 2019 thatwill be held in Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia on 09th-10th of September, 2019 which fullysupported by the Universitas Negeri Padang. The congress will address the most important issues oncullinary, fashion, beauty and tourism around the world. It will have a strong focus on the opportunitiesand challenges on this emerging sectors.On Monday, 09th of September, 2019, speech from our keynote speakers and invited speakers withthe topics of:Culinary, Fashion, Beauty, and Tourism On Tuesday, 10th of September, 2019, all the presenters will deliver his research findings with thetopics of:Policy on Culinary, Fashion, Beauty and Tourism Education and Training on Culinary, Fashion, Beauty and Tourism, Management on Culinary, Fashion, Beauty and Tourism Entrepreneurship on Culinary, Fashion, Beauty and Tourism.     Introduction

    Tourism, as a major sector in the worldeconomy, has become an economic mainstayfor both developed and developing countries,including Indonesia.As globalization and urbanization advance,the migration of people is on the rise. Thenumber of international tourists visitingdestinations worldwide is increasing rapidly,and countries and cities are now competing tocapture the inbound tourists that drive theireconomies and employment. In cities aroundthe world, initiatives such as airportdevelopment and easing of visa requirementsare moving forward to attract tourists andbusiness customers.The future of Indonesia tourism now looksright on track, especially since President JokoWidodo has continued to show hiscommitment to improve the tourism sector inIndonesia. The tourism sector this year isaiming for 20 million foreign tourists.There are still many things that must beresolved immediately to reach these target.One of the key factor is the readiness ofIndonesian human resources today toembrace a disruptive era that has changed themap of business organizations throughout theworld. FACULTY OF TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY, UNPThe Executive Committee of ICCFBT 2019 andits fellows from various parts of the worldhave chosen Padang as the place to hold aninternational conference. The first ICCFBTconferences were held in Padang in 2018.The goal of the Academy is to further thescholarly research and professionalinvestigation of tourism.     First of all, It gives me great pleasure to extend to you all very warm welcometo all participants and thank you for accepted our invitation to convene of theInternational Conference on Culinary Fashion Beauty and Tourism (ICCFBT 2018)held on may 11 th – 12 th 2018, at Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality UniversitasNegeri Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia, This year, the theme is “Creativeeconomic and sustainable tourism towards digital globalization”. The conferenceaims to provide a platform to optimal, improve and developing tourism and creativeeconomic in the Digital Globazation. It is an opptune time to renew contacts anddiscuss problems of mutual interest with delegates from universities all overIndonesia and Asia.It is gratifying to note that the agenda of seminar covers range of veryinteresting items relating to the Policy, Education and Training, Management,Entrepreneurship and Innovation and devolopment.
