Clean water is the main and basic need for living things. Not only clean, but safe from germs and bacteria. It's a shame that clean water is not available and distributed to all places in Indonesia. The need for clean water starts from, drinking, cooking, to washing. Unfortunately these needs cannot be met. This article was created to find out what effect clean water has on people's health conditions. The method used is a literature study or article review carried out by utilizing the Google Scholar database with publications in 2016-2022. There were 17 articles from national journals. Based on the results of the article review, it was found that clean water is very important for the community and has a major influence on public health conditions.
