DEVELOPMENT OF A PRACTICAL AND EASY LEARNING TRAINING MODULE TO MAKE SOLID SOAP FROM NATURAL INGREDIENTS

Abstract
Human resource development can be done through education or training. Village women are important human resources that are the goal of the SDGs, namely the role of women in development. The aim of this research is to developsolid soap training module based on local potential to improve the skills and creativity of village women. The type of research used is 4-D model development. The 4-D (Four D) development model is a learning device development model. The 4D development model consists of 4 main stages, namely: Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate. This method and model was chosen because it aims to produce a product in the form of a training module media, which is developed and then tested for feasibility using validity and module trials to determine the extent of the module's feasibility in increasing the learning motivation of training participants after using the training module media for making solid soap based on local potential. The test subjects for this research were 5 expert practitioners and 30 village women. The research results showed that 92% of panelists stated the feasibility of the module with a few improvements. And 87% increased village women's learning motivation
