Abstract
Western cuisine that enters Indonesia greatly affects the distinctive taste of the archipelago itself. Since it is different in taste, it affects on the consumption especially on the children population. it has made food makers want to take overall control over what they want to eat and what the ingredients are made of. This research related to analyze the answers from the culinary students in youtube content about making western food. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. It is very suitable with this research because the sample is only taken from culinary students Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). There are 10 students at the fourth semester 2019. The using of youtube platform to support the learning process in cooking the western food. Various Various youtube accounts are used as student references in understanding the practical learning of making western dishes.
